Company’s Donation Expands Cycling Without Age Trishaw Program For Seniors - Medicine Hat News (September 19, 2023)
A program that provides bicycle tours for residents of local nursing is expanding thanks to a donation from an oil company that operates in the region.
“Cycling Without Age” volunteers use a stable “trishaw” pedal bike to take seniors on outings and will now add another vehicle thanks to a $10,000 donation from International Petroleum Corp.

Seniors Trishaw Cycling Initiatives hope To Launch In Medicine Hat - Bridge City News May 2021
Bike Medicine Hat is a non-profit society that pursues a collaborative approach to make cycling better and safer in the gas city. They have recently partnered with Cycling Without Age. This program allows seniors to go for bike rides on custom-built trishaws operated by volunteer pilots and feel the wind in their hair.
